A marvelous idea transformed a tea strainer into a seat in soft rubber, and that is precisely what happened to the Tea barstool, inventive element of the Tea family from Origlia on a design by Sergio Giobbi.

Soft seating is ensured by the EVA shell, being EVA a plastic material, core-dyed in 8 different colors and injection molded to obtain an unique design flowering on the fuchsia, red, blue, green , orange, black, yellow or white EthylVinylAcetate: this material is non toxic, water repellent, anti-bacterial and fire-retardant class 1M.

This material is weatherproof and resistant to sunlight exposure without color variations, therefore in the version with steel frame lacquered in alu-color epoxy powders the Tea stackable barstool can be easily used as outdoor barstool. Any pool, bar terrace or ice cream parlor would love to be colored by the vitality and the appealing playfulness of this piece, any user would find the comfort of seat and 3-sided footrest just perfectly fitting their need.

Of course it is possible to use it indoors, and along a modern bar counter or in a young kitchen or living room the Tea barstool, maybe with the chromed steel frame, will highlight and brighten the interior, giving the environment a contemporary and joyful boost.
