The bathtubs and showers
In man's history, personal hygiene has been a concept which has changed and developed in time, involving the body care and the use of water. Of course this depends on the various epochs and the different cultures, but in general we can say that after prehistory slowly men began to believe in the effectiveness and importance of being clean and started to take care of their washing and shaving (with alternate fortune… reminiscence of "le Grand Siècle" anyone?*shivers*).
Apart from a minority still dodging the basic laws of hygiene for circumstantial reasons or for personal belief, nowadays the vast part of mankind likes to take care of their body at home or in the specific places, be a spa or a gym, a beauty farm or a hotel. Therefore, since bathrooms are spread quite anywhere needed (except when you really need one), the pleasure of a prolonged bath in a bathtub or the refreshing boost of an energetic shower are always at hand. Soap bubbles, soothing and perfumed oils and soaps, sparkling foams and shampoos add their pleasant aromas to the event (remember: consider the environment while pouring your soap and shampoo, try and use a proper quantity as it is a potential source of pollution).
A sense of freshness and relax at easy reach and a pause when you arrive home after training, working, sunbathing or just as common daily practice, this is what offered by bathtubs and showers, be them in wood, ceramic, porcelain, metal, concrete or marble.
